Here is an at home workout. Email us at info@kinshipcrossfit.org with questions.
To be done just like the song, 12 days of Christmas, for time:
1 Push up
2 ea. leg lunges
3 Burpees
4 Sit ups
5 Jumps on to a stair or tuck jumps
6 Air squats
7 Dips off a chair
8 Push ups plus
9 Lateral lunges
10 Squat jumps
11 Mountain climbers
12 High knees (6 ea)
To be done like this -
1 push up
2 ea lunges, 1 push up
3 burpees, 2 ea. lunges, 1 push
4 sit ups, 3 burpees, 2 ea. leg lunges, 1 push up
....etc.... through all 12
