10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Push ups

1-2-34-5-6-7-8-9-10

Jumping air squats

Workout is done as follows:

10 push ups, 1 jumping squat

9 push ups, 2 jumping squats

8 push ups, 3 jumping squats

etc...

To see movements, click below:

>Scale to knees or elevated hands if necessary

>Scale to or include these standards in the jumping squat
