No class in person, try this at home!
6 Rounds, 1 minute of work alternate with one minute of rest:
30 Double Unders/Single Unders (you pick what is best for you)
Max KB/DB swings* in the remaining time
*f you don't have a KB or DB use something you can safely hold onto or do burpees instead.
