Thanksgiving Break! No classes the rest of this week.

We hope you have a fabulous holiday. Here is an at-home workout to try if you are feeling motivated while we are out for the rest of the week.

15 minute AMRAP:

5 Push ups (knees or elevated as needed)

10 Air squats

15 Sit ups

20 Jumping jacks
