No class in person, try this at home!
5 sets, NOT for time:
8 tempo DB front squats or air squats (5-10#)
8 tempo push ups (elevated or on the floor)
*Challenge yourself with the tempo of the movements. a slow 5 count going down, a 3 second count hold at the bottom
