We are back to at home workouts for the time being, stay tuned for when we will be together again. Here's one you can try at home! Remember, the key to staying healthy and well is being active and eating food that nourishes your body!!

15 minute AMRAP:

10 Ground to overhead*

15 Sit ups

200-300m run

*At the gym we would use a med-ball, if you don't have one find anything that weighs a bit (5-10#, more if you are comfortable) follow the same idea. We don't SLAM the ball at the gym or an object at home, we just set it down, but here is what we are looking for. Touch the ground and take it to a solid overhead position.
