15 minute AMRAP:

10 PVC Overhead squats

10 Burpees

10 Sit ups

*Use a broomstick (screw off the broom end), golf club, hockey stick, or some form of a PVC pipe to do overhead squats. Air squats can be done if no implements are available.

*You do not have to use an abmat, but a folded towel can be a decent substitute.
