Odd Object Lunges
>Find something moderately to fairly heavy, depending on your strength, and hold it while you do lunges. You can hold it over your head with locked out elbows, you can hold in on your chest like a font squat, if you have two things hold them at your side. Find something and hold it while you do your lunges! Work on a strong upright torso, DON'T lean forward!! In place, step forward, touch your knee to the ground, step back to standing up right. OR you can do them walking forward...
5 sets:
8 each leg
Do a set every 4 minutes.
THEN....
Find a distance outside roughly the length of a basketball court. One trip down is one "rep". So down and back is 2. You will do 10 lengths of the court (5 times down and back) and 10 FULL solid push ups, challenging yourself with the method. If FULL push ups are easy add some weight on your back.
