As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

5 Push ups

10 Air squats

25 Double unders*

Notes:

-Scale push ups in order to do five good reps. Elevate hands and/or use the knees to some degree.

-Scale double unders to 50 single unders, if you don't have a rope do 25 high knees.
