NO CLASS IN PERSON! Try this at home.
After a solid general warm up, can you follow along to the song "Bring Sally Up" with squats? Do only bodyweight or challenge yourself by holding something at your chest with some weight around your house.
Follow along with this video!
Go down and hold (an active position) in the bottom of the squat until you hear "up" and stand up. Back down on "bring Sally down"... the whole song!
EXTRA Challenge! Find a different movement to try it with. Maybe a top of the push up position plank on up and a forearm plank on down?! Comment below if you did this and how you did it!
