1 Good push up!!

2 Box jumps

3 Burpees

4 KB Swings

5 Air squats

6 DB Push press

7 KB Deadlifts

8 Double unders or attempts

9 Line hops (over/back=1)

10 Lunges (5 each leg)

11 Sit ups

12 SL squats to your box - 6 each
