Use odd objects as necessary if you'd don't have access to DBs, KBs.

For time:
1 Wall walk
2 Solid push ups
3 DU attempts or Single under hops
4 KB/DB Swings
5 Air squats
6 DB Push press
7 KB Deadlifts
8 Push up position DB Rows (4 each)
9 Line hops (over/back=1)
10 Lunges (5 each leg)
11 Sit ups
12 Burpees
1 Wall walk (or your own version)
2 Push ups, 1 Wall walk
3 DU attempts/SU hops, 2 push ups, 1 wall walk
4 DB Swings, 3 DU attempts, 2 push ups, 1 wall walk
Etc....
