At-Home workout


8 Rounds for time:

1 Wall walk

2 Long jumps (jump forward, turn around and jump back to your starting spot, SOFT landing)

3 Deadlifts of some object with weight around the house if you don't have equipment, even a pillow and practice perfect form!
