NO CLASS IN PERSON. Try this at home.
Strength/technique day, no hurry, it is not for time.
5 sets:
8 each Single leg squats OFF an elevated surface (higher=harder, touch foot to ground as needed, but rely on top leg)
alternate with
8 SOLID perfect push ups (hands on elevated surface as needed)
Finish with Tabata side planks, 8x 20 on, 10 off
Alternate right and left sides
