For 10 minutes:
Run hard for 10 seconds
Walk for 20 seconds
Jog for 1 minute
Walk for 2 minutes
*Can manipulate the time frame as needed to challenge you appropriately. Get a mix of 2 speeds of jogging/running with walking mixed in for some recovery. Go for at least 10 minutes.
