20 Lunges (no weight)
30 Jumping jacks
*If you don't have a box jump on a stair or two, on a sturdy retaining wall, a sturdy bench, etc.
*If you don't have a kettlebell you can use a single dumbbell or some other object you can hang on to! If nothing is available, you can skip this movement...
