For time:

Jog 200m

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Air squats

*Choose a landmark approximately 200m away (one half of a lap on a track instead of there and back)

run to the landmark then back to your start.

*Jog your distance, then do 10 air squats.

Jog your distance then do 9 air squats.

Jog you distance then do 8 air squats... etc... until you finish with one air squat.
