15 minute AMRAP:

10 second handstand hold*

10 lunges (5 each leg)

10 sit ups

*Handstand hold options:

1. Facing a wall

2. Facing away from a wall

3. Feet on a table or couch, piked into a handstand position

4. Feet on the floor to a piked position, as close to a handstand position as able

5. A plank position on the floor
