For reps:

Thrusters, every minute adding a rep until you can not do your given reps in one minute

3 minute rest

Burpees, every minute adding a rep until you can not do your given reps in one minute

Notes:

Use dumbbells, medball, barbell or do an "odd-object" thruster: Find something fairly heavy and complete a full front squat, then drive it overhead. Do one rep on the first minute, two on second, three on the third, etc. until you can not complete your given reps. Then stop.

Rest 3 minutes.

Do the same with burpees.
