then max rep sumo deadlift high pull
Rest 1 minute
*Can do high knees with the jump rope or single unders as a scale.
**No jump rope? Do 30 reps of high knees.
*SDHP a bar, PVC pipe/broom, dumbbell, kettlebell or other odd object.
**Could also do a sumo deadlift alone, no high pull to simplify.
