20 minute AMRAP:

3 Push ups

6 Box jumps

12 Air squats

24 Sit ups

*Notes:

-Push ups should be challenging with a low number of 3 each round. Various modifications are always an option: elevated hands, on the knees, and a mix of variations.

-Box jumps could be done on any sturdy elevated surface if you don't have a workout box. Step ups are always an option as well.
