Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
200m Run
1 minute of a plank hold
At-home notes:
-For the run, find a landmark roughly 100m away to run there and back
-Have a running clock in sight so you can track a plank hold.
-If 1 minute is too long try 45 sec. or 30 sec.
-Can also scale to a plank on the knees if necessary
