Notes:

*If you have a kettlebell or dumbbell use that for swings or find an "odd-object" you can hang on to.

**If nothing is available, do a box jump onto something. If necessary, step up instead of jump. Or do long jumps out and back. Any jumping drop reps to 10 each set instead of the sit up reps.
