2 Rounds of:

2 minutes of double under practice

Tabata lunges (8 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off)

2 minutes of box jumps

Notes:

-Practice double unders with a jump rope for 2 minutes. If no jump rope to small hops over a line, back and forth for 2 minutes.

-Box jumps onto a solid surface, step up for safety concerns. Even a chair could work for step ups if you have not many options.

-Work back-to-back as much as possible (no rest between movements)

-Start up the tabata clock for lunge time!
