5 Rounds for time:
200m run
15 left arm DB snatches
15 right arm DB snatches
Notes:
*Find a landmark and run to and back for approximately 200m
*Dumbbell or kettlebell for snatches, if not available find an odd-object you can hold onto and take overhead safely. If nothing is available, sub 10 push ups and 10 air squats (so 200m run and 10 push ups, 10 air squats).
