3 Rounds, with 2 minutes of rest between:

Run approximately 800m (half a mile)

If unable to calculate a distance run for 4-5 minutes at a faster pace than a typical jog. Try to push yourself. Start running out, go for 2 to 2 and a half minutes and then turn around. Go to the same turn around point each round.
