Run 1 mile

Rest half as long as it took

Run 1 mile

Notes:

Try to complete the distance however you can (walk if necessary), but the goal is to run the entire time. Keep track of how long it takes. Rest half of the time the first run took you and run one mile again, can you keep the times close? Not sure on a mile distance? Make your closest guess and run that same route twice.

Example:

Run 1 mile attempt 1 - 10:10

Rest for 5:05

Run 1 mile attempt 2 - 10:20
