3 sets of 3 each side:
Turkish get ups
-Take a couple minutes of rest between sets. Do 3 in a row on the right, 3 on the left. Take a couple minutes of a break. That's one set.
-Use anything from a broomstick to a can of beans to a dumbbell or kettlebell.
Then...
Max burpees in 5 minutes.
-If you want to step it up a notch, find a target approximately one foot above your reach and touch that every rep!
