As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

10 second handstand hold

20 lunges (10 each leg)

30 jumping jacks

Notes:

-Goal is a wall facing handstand with scaling options as: facing away from the wall, partially up the wall, feet on a couch/box/chair/or a plank.
