REMEMBER!

We start classes in person next week at

Christie Heights Community Center.

Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30pm

Fridays at 5:00pm

Last at home workout... Compare to April 24, 2020.

15 minute AMRAP:

6 Long jumps (jump, turn around, jump back)

8 Push ups (elevated hands or on knees as needed)

30 sec. Forearm plank hold (on knees as needed, shorter if needed)
