Get outside!!

It will be beautiful weather this week. Sometime today get out and jog/run a bit. Or walk. Choose a recommendation that fits where you are, challenge yourself a bit.


A. Jog 20 minutes

B. Jog 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes, twice

C. Jog 2 minutes, walk 3 minutes, four times

D. Walk for 20 minutes
