3-5 Challenging push ups


Alternate with...


3 each side Turkish Get Up



*Depends on your ability/strength, but challenge yourself to do a perfect push-up. Be it elevated, knees, extra-slow for a challenge?


*Use any safe object you can hold onto for Turkish get ups if you do not have weights available.
